We work with all kinds of tenants and Government voucher programs. Standard Tenant requirements are:
- 1 month security deposit upfront
- 1 month rent upfront
- Criminal History and Background checks are done
- Decent credit ( 650 plus) ( Lower credit may be considered if additional security deposit can be made
- Income - Around 3 times the rent.
- Pets - Additional rent and Security deposit on a Case by case basis .
- $50 application fee
